We will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes once you approve a job for printing. Once the design is approved & print has been started we will not be able to do any changes without additional cost. If you place an order and you would like to cancel it we will only be able to offer in store credit. If you would like to cancel your order before approving the design or art work we can only issue in store credit. Once we start printing we cannot issue a refund or offer in-store credit. Once the order is completed you have 2 weeks to pick up and afterwards we will not be responsible for any damage to order. If you need a soft copy in .jpg format or .png format for your design there will be no charge. We do charge additional fees if you need an original file in pdf or cdr or psd. Once invoice due date has been passed 5% of the total amount will be charged and additional 5% for every month passed without paying.

Why do I need to approve a proof?
A proof is a one-time duplicate of your document after all revisions and printing setup steps have been completed in printing terms. It’s your final and best chance to make sure the print project looks exactly how you want it to. You may help us ensure accurate, perfect delivery of your print work on the first run by carefully reviewing the proof.

What file should I send my design in?
The most frequent and preferable file format for submitting digital documents is PDF (Portable Document Format). Almost any program may generate a PDF file appropriate for printing after installing a PDF print driver on your computer.
I have no file but would like something printed, can you design something for me?
